Shipping & Delivery Information

At Khushbu Hub, we ensure a fast and reliable delivery process across Pakistan. Please review the details below to understand our delivery timelines, charges, and tracking process.

1. Estimated Delivery Time

We deliver nationwide across Pakistan. The estimated delivery time varies based on your location:

  • Major Cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, etc.) – 3 to 4 working days
  • Other Urban Areas – 4 to 5 working days
  • Remote/Rural Areas – 5 to 7 working days

Note: Delivery timelines may be affected by public holidays, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

2. Standard vs. Urgent Delivery

We offer two types of delivery services:

Standard Delivery

  • Delivery Time: 3 to 5 working days
  • Charges: Free delivery across Pakistan
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Available

Urgent Delivery (Available in Select Cities)

  • Delivery Time: Same-day or next-day (if requested before 12 PM)
  • Charges: Additional cost depending on the location and urgency
  • Availability: Only for major cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi)

For urgent delivery requests, please contact our customer support team before placing your order to confirm availability and extra charges.

3. Cash on Delivery (COD) Availability & Charges

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is available across Pakistan.
  • Customers must pay the exact amount in cash upon receiving the order.
  • In case of refusal or non-acceptance of a COD order, future orders may require advance payment.
  • COD orders are not eligible for refunds but can be exchanged if a valid claim is made (as per our Refund & Exchange Policy).

4. How to Track Your Order

Once your order is shipped, we will send you a tracking number via SMS or email. You can track your order by:

  1. Visiting the courier partner’s website and entering your tracking number.
  2. Contact our customer support team if you need further assistance.
