3. Orders and Payments

  3.2 We accept payments via Cash on Delivery (COD), bank transfers, and online payment methods (if applicable).

4. Shipping and Delivery

4.1 We offer nationwide delivery across Pakistan.
4.2 Standard delivery time is 3 to 5 working days, depending on location.
4.3 Urgent delivery (same-day or next-day) may be available in select cities; additional charges may apply.
4.4 We use third-party courier services, and delivery delays due to unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.

5. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

5.1 Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on opened or used perfumes.
5.2 We offer a 7-day exchange policy only in the following cases:

• You received the wrong product.
• The product was damaged during shipping.
  5.3 To request an exchange, you must:
• Notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order.
• Provide unboxing video proof and images of the damaged or incorrect product.
  5.4 Refunds are only issued if we are unable to provide a replacement.
  5.5 If you refuse a Cash on Delivery (COD) order without a valid reason, future orders may be restricted.
